Apply to the B.S. Dental Hygiene Program
Dear BSDH Program Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in the 蜜桃影视 Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene Administration Program! 蜜桃影视 accepts 35 qualified students into the BSDH Administration Completion Program each fall semester. To be considered for acceptance, applicants must meet all minimum admission requirements. Detailed information regarding prerequisites, selection criteria, and estimated program costs can be found on the B.S. Dental Hygiene Administration webpage.
Application Process & Deadline
A completed online application and all supporting documents must be received by the 蜜桃影视 Admissions Office by 5:00 p.m. on May 31st for priority consideration. It is the applicant鈥檚 responsibility to ensure that all required materials, including transcripts, are submitted by the deadline.
Important Notes:
- Applicants who have applied in previous years must re-submit a completed application along with all required documentation, including transcripts, for each application period.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered for selection.
Required Application Documents
Your application must include proof of the following:
鈽� 蜜桃影视 Student ID Number (If not a current 蜜桃影视 student, apply for admission and select AS-Life Science as your initial major; your major will be updated upon acceptance into the program.)
鈽� Graduation from an Associate Degree Dental Hygiene Program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
鈽� Minimum cumulative college GPA of 2.50 (official transcripts required from all colleges attended).
鈽� Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
鈽� Completion of lower-division general education courses that meet CSU/IGETC requirements for graduation with a baccalaureate degree (highly recommended).
Transcript Submission Instructions
Official college transcripts must be sent directly to the 蜜桃影视 Admissions Office. They should not be attached to your online Dental Hygiene Administration application.

Selection & Notification
Applicants who do not meet the minimum program admission requirements will not be eligible for selection. After the selection process is complete, applicants will be notified of their status by June 30th.
